Looking For A Baby In January

My husband and I will be returning back to work in January and need a nanny for our 5-month-old little girl. I will be working from home so the nanny will mainly be in the other room with my baby while I work. I take calls so I can't always be interrupted but if anything happens I can be near by. I have two medium size dogs that may need someone to let them out to pee every so often so I need someone that is comfortable around dogs. Would like someone that can cover all of my baby's needs like enrichment activities to help with milestones, feeding and changing. Someone with lots of childcare experience and no criminal background.
