Recurring Babysitter For Baby Boy

Hi! We are looking for a recurring babysitter for our little boy (currently about 3 months old). I would like to find someone who can take care of him for a minimum of 20 hours/week but am flexible on days and times because my husband and I work from home. My preference though is on larger chunks of time/fewer days of the week. We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, attentive, and reliable who will give him plenty of one-on-one time. He is honestly so sweet and chill. He just loves to interact at this age, and it is becoming more difficult for me since I need to work.
