Seeking Reliable Nanny For Toddler Girl

We are two medical professionals and reliability and some flexibility in hours is required. 40 hours weekly will be guaranteed, there will be up to 50 hours a week. We have a 13-month-old girl at home. We would love to find a live-out nanny who can work with us for a year or more. We would value someone with 3+ years of experience and/or college degree in early childhood education who is attentive and has the energy to organize creative and educational activities as our baby grows. Must have current CPR and first aid, clean driving record, non-smoker, as well as pass a background check and have at least two references. We also have a 1. 5-year-old Shiba Inu and he naps often but would benefit from some attention if time permits. We're in the Alamo Heights area.
