Hi, I am an ER nurse, husband is a construction worker. I work 3 days out of the week it should be a set schedule. Negotiation on rate I was once a nanny so I get it. Pay would be end of every week. Comfortable with pets, nanny cams and looking for someone with newborn experience. Lots of love, patience, being attentive, tummy time. Won't need any help around the house just with my gorgeous girl. Will need references and in person interview.
