We live with my sister and her boyfriend, but they will be at work/school the majority of the time. He is OK with playing with any toys or watching anything kid-friendly in the house. He loves the park. Car seat provided. He is a very energetic, needy child. We are working on getting an ADHD/Autism diagnosis. So a lot of patience will be required at times. He has a speech/ motor skills delay. Just be sweet to him! Going with the flow is perfectly OK . Lazy days are OK. Parking is near the pool, do not park in covered parking, you will be towed. We do not have pets.
