About the job
We are first time parents to a 5-month-old daughter. We would love to welcome a loving and compassionate full-time nanny that is experienced with infant care and wouldn't mind that we both primarily WFH. ***DUTIES*** Engaging in baby care, such as playtime, diaper changes, and naps; May need to help with bottle feeding if I'm unable to breastfeed while WFH; Help with introducing & preparing solids; Help with establishing sleep routine with goal of independent sleep; Light housework pertaining to baby care. ***ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS*** Fully vaccinated (including COVID & flu vaccine updates); Comfortable with a cat (not expected to take care of her); Minimize phone/screen use when baby is awake (she is too fascinated by screens). ***BENEFITS*** W-2; contract w/ PTO & sick days (accrual basis) and some federal holidays; GH 40 hours/week
