Our son is six months adjusted (he was born 3 months premature but is doing great!) His schedule in general is as follows: 4 naps daily, 5 bottles daily, diaper change with each bottle. We try to encourage tummy time. He falls asleep independently in his own crib. He's a very sweet boy who loves people and being read to! Mom works occasionally (schedule varies) so we are looking for help for those days specifically but could also use help for the occasional date night as well.
