Overnight Newborn Care Specialist

We're a young, two mom family with a 1. 5YO and two dogs (goldendoodle and cockapoo). Our 1. 5YO has her own nanny. We are pregnant and due in early Jan. Non-birthing mom works a lot and will not be taking parental leave. From experience, we know how special and exhausting the first two months are with a newborn, and we're searching for the best person to act as a support, comfort, and strong team member for birthing mom and our newborn. We especially need help for all overnight needs (breastfeeding, soothing baby, pumping, etc.). We're both working professionals with doctorate level degrees. We're seeking someone who holds themselves to high standards and arrives with experience, knowledge, and care.
