Flexible Part-time Sitter For 4-month Old With WFH Mom

My husband and I have uniquely flexible jobs and are looking for help from someone just as flexible as I've returned to work post-maternity leave. We anticipate our needs will vary slightly week-to-week, but we'll aim to keep it relatively consistent. I work from home, so our perfect match can expect me to be around and available while they're working. We're looking for someone with experience with spending time not only watching kids, but playing with them in developmentally appropriate ways to encourage skill-building. Additional daily duties will include light housekeeping (washing her clothes and bottles) and keeping her room organized during daily use. We have two small/medium dogs in the house.
