About the job
I have 2- 5-year-olds. 1 is a step-daughter we have with us everyother weekend usually. Other is my bio daughter. I have a semi rotating schedule with her dad based on his work schedule. My work schedule is on different days every week. Currently I'm part time (2 days per week) and wanting to go back to work full time (3-4days per week) and need reliable childcare. I work 12 hour shifts. I leave my home at 6 a.m. and return usually no later than 8 p.m. My daughter is special needs/disablities but functioning. She is deaf and wears cochlear implants to hear. She is 5 years old but functions like a 3-4-year-old. And she has mobility issues. We are still potty training. Dispite all that, she loves music, loves to dance, do yoga, and ride her bike.
