About the job
- Part time nanny/mommys helper to team up with mom to care for 4-year-old and newborn, and handle household tasks such as laundry, housekeeping, meals, errands. - Minimum 20hours/week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday. 5 hours per day. 9-2, with additional hours available as needed like for weekends, evenings, or special occasions - Caregiver style: Peaceful parent, happy kids and good inside. Montessori. Calm & positive demeanor. Consistent Boundaries enforced with kindness and empathy. Coaching not controlling. No spanking, shaming, yelling, or lying/deceiving. Positive reinforcement. - Lots of energy to keep up with active boy who loves to be outside. - Excellent hand hygiene - Ability to follow and provide consistent routines and schedules for the children. - We love to do crafts and be outside.
