Full-Time Nanny For Infant In Roanoke

We are first-time parents with a newborn girl, born in late April of this year. Our daughter has had heart and abdomen surgery, and will undergo another surgery in the Spring of 2025. We are a very active family that enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. We both work in finance and are very focused on our careers. Our daughter is our first child and she is the toughest (and cutest) little cookie. She is resilient and stays positive through all the chaos she has been through. She is deaf and will not have access to sound. We're looking for a patient, loving nanny who has interest or experience with nursing and caring for deaf children with medical needs.
