Full Time Nanny Needed For My 3 Children In Richmond

We are looking for a nanny for our 3 children in Richmond (3, 10, 11) who would become part of our family essentially. Days would be mostly spent with our 3-year-old girl; the other kiddos are in school full time, arriving home in the PM. Oldest is in middle school and arrives home around the same time we do and more self-sufficient. We would prefer someone who could prepare healthy & balanced meals for our youngest (breakfast & lunch) & help out with light housekeeping, take her on outings throughout the day like to the park or neighborhood splash pad, & keep her engaged throughout the day with various enriching activities. We would also prefer someone who has their own car, does not smoke, comfortable with pets (we have 2 dogs & 2 cats), & is CPR certified. & would be ok staying a little late sometimes (in case we are ever running late).
