About the job
We have four kids, a working mom that works remote from 1:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and a dad that works in office until about 6:30-7:30 p.m. Our kids are 12, 8, 3 & 1. Our two oldest attend school so the 12 yo goes to school MWF and our 8 yo goes to school TR. The other two are not in school. The duties are as follows: M&W: Watch the two younger ones starting at 1:30 p.m. Pick up our 8 yo from gymnastic practice at 4 p.m. And then go back to watching our two youngest until dad comes home. T: Watch our two youngest, from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The older two will be in the house as well: R&F: Watch the two younger ones. Drop off the 8 yo to gymnastic practice at 4 p.m. And then go back and watch the two younger ones, until dad comes from picking up the 8 yo from gymnastics, which is 7:30 p.m. This would be a steady position.
