Babysitter/Nanny Needed For My 4 Children In Richmond.

We are looking for a great babysitter/nanny for my children in Richmond. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping (really just picking up after the youngest, or light cleaning after meals). We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (we have 1 dog and 1 cat), and who is CPR certified. Who could be available as needed on some weekends afternoons or evenings, potentially in the long term leading to overnight care for a day or two, maybe entire weekends.
