After-school Childcare For 1 11 Year-old

I am are looking for an after-school caregiver for one 11-year-old child. It is preferred for the caregiver to be experienced in caring for children with a multi -diagnosis including ADHD. The caregiver will occasionally accompany us to the childs doctor's appointments. We would prefer someone who could assist with light housekeeping and homework. We would prefer a caregiver who has their own car, who does not smoke, and who has a college degree.
