Ideal Part-time Caregiver Near Red Oak (active 1yr Old)

We are looking for a compassionate caregiver for our 1-year-old to consistently help free up a little more of our time (maybe a happy hour or date night every now and then). We are educators and new parents and we want to get a better hold of our work-life-mental health balance. We live in a new build in Red Oak and you are welcome to park in our driveway, eat our food, etc. Preferably, we would like to have someone who is flexibly available during any time of the week if daycare is closed and we need to go to work.
