After School Nanny For 3 And 5 Year Old Girls

I need someone that will do pick up after school and play with my girls for a couple hours - no screen time. I prefer outside play, but mostly prioritize someone who will engage with them and not simply monitor their play. My girls are 3 and 5. We love being outside, have a lot of animals, and are raising our girls with Christian curriculum and values. They love riding horses, running, climbing, playing, coloring. I'm mostly looking for someone who can prioritize after school playtime. I don't need cooking or housekeeping or anything. I want someone who actively plays with the kids, not just monitoring play. No screen time and I'll probably want to do several days of play while I work from home before passing over the school pickup routine.
