Nanny Needed For My Child In Prosper

My husband and I are looking for care for our 4-month-old baby starting mid-May since I return to work in June. I'm looking for someone with prior child care experience, specifically with infants (under 12 months). I would like someone that is able to help with my little one's development and growth, especially as these early months are so critical to make sure they are meeting their milestones. It would be ideal if the nanny has a curriculum and can organize structured activities throughout the day that cater to the infant's specific growth stage. The dates and times might be flexible (e. g., might not always need support 5 days a week). I would like the nanny to have reliable transportation so they're able to come to our house in Prosper.
