I work from home and I am very hands on with the kids. My husband is away and I am just exhausted with Navigating work and keeping the babies safe expecially during work hours. I need someone to help with feeding, showers, activities and nap. Busiest times is 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. 3-year-old goes to school 7:30 and come back 12:30. Two older kids who spend the day at school. Busy home but very structured so it makes everything easy.
