Nanny Needed In Plano

We need a nanny for our 1-year-old and looking to start immediately. We consider whoever we hire as part of our family and hope that they will see the children that way as well. My 1-year-old will need someone active and engaging helping him reach developmental milestones. My daughter, 4 years old, won't always be home but occasionally if she is feeling sick or random days, we will keep her home. Will need someone to help and be proactive around the house, understanding my 1-year-olds needs and understanding how to navigate emotions. Additional help needed for household chores, some light cleaning, loading/unloading dishwasher, family laundry, and occasional help with organizing things like the kid's rooms. I work from home, so I'll be home all the time to help with anything or answer questions!
