L is 3 years old and do not speak yet. We have tried two different schools but he is not mature yet for sitting at a table and be giving complicated instructions. We need someone to play with him, talk to him, sing with him and take him to the playground for like 2-3 hours 2-3 times a week. We are flexible with the hours and days.
