About the job
My wife and I and looking for a patient yet energetic and caring individual that can help work with our 9mo (2months preterm) son while we are at work. Since starting day are he's fallen off his grow curve. Feeding will be the #1 priority. He WILL fight you so you need to be able to be very patient and understanding. He has numerous tongue and cheek ties and an elevated palate so coordinating suck swallow breathe is a challenge for him. Second priority are milestones like crawling, eating solid foods and continuing to babble. We are trying to raise him without tv or phone screens but when he's sleeping please by all means. We need someone who's very patient caring and will get on the floor to play/work with our son. We would like to do video call interviews before trialing a feed. References would be appreciated.
