We need a nanny for our 1-year-old and looking to start immediately. He will need someone active and engaging helping him reach developmental milestones. My daughter, 4 years old, won't always be home but occasionally if she is feeling sick, we will keep her home. Will need someone to help and be proactive around the house, understanding my 1-year-olds needs, household chores, some light cleaning, loading/unloading dishwasher, etc. I work from home so I'll be home all the time to help with anything or answer questions!
