About the job
My work schedule varies. So the nanny or sitter will need to be flexible. Sometimes I work early mornings and sometimes I work late morning mornings but most days I am home by 3 or 4. The range for timing can be anywhere between 7:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m. You will never work 11 hours but just need to be open to anything in that time block 1-2 days a week. 3 days if I am working overtime.
