Additional requirements: * 5 or more years of experience with references * willing to travel between home when needed (15 mins apart) * Christian faith (preferred) * non-smoker * Ability to maintain structure and routine (naps, feeding, play etc) * Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with children and parents
