Family Helper / Nanny Who Likes To Cook

Hi there. We have two kids in 2nd a 4th grade and are expecting a 3rd in December. We'd love to find a family helper/nanny to start now so she's familiar with us before the baby arrives. Ideally, we'd love someone who enjoys cooking dinner and can take care of our two older kids if we want time with the baby (that might entail taking them to club soccer practices) or switch off and watch the baby while we take the older ones to activities or work. We both work but have somewhat flexible schedules and can often work from home, so we can do a more flexible schedule if needed. We are also open to a more formal schedule if that's better. The most important thing for us is finding the right person - someone who enjoys being a part of the family, won't be on their phone, and can take initiative to help plan fun activities.
