Care Needed For Special Needs Child

We are looking for a caregiver for our special needs son. He is 16 years old but developmentally around 1-2 years old. He is dependent for all activities of daily living and is 60lbs. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. Hours are very flexible.
