My daughter is 13 months. She is a little delayed in speech. She was hospitalized for 2+ months after birth and we've worked hard to make sure she was hitting her milestones. Thank God, according to the pediatrician she's doing great but confirmed the speech delay. My husband & I work from home, I really dedicated the entire year to her and now its time for me to get back on a proper work schedule. Id like some help since were also considering homeschooling. Were looking for someone ideally that comes to us, has a background in teaching and experience with infants, familiarized in Montessori and if they're informed on how to work with speech delays is such a plus but not required, I'm informing myself to better help my daughter.
