I really just need a great fit to work with my work schedule,(My schedules always 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Just different off days) while school is in session and when school lets out in the evening, I would need someone to watch him at my house till I get off work. Of course I would need someone to watch him on the weekends at my house while I'm at work or if school is let out for summer.
