About the job
We are a busy family that runs a business looking for someone to care for our children. The right person for our family is fun, creative, and kind but also reassuring, communicative and assertive. We prioritize respect for others, being kind and working through our big feelings. A typical day would look something like this: You would wake up kiddos get them washed up and prepare breakfast. Then it's activity, play or crafts. Lunch prep, reading and nap 12-2:30. You'll have packed or have your lunch delivered. During their nap you would help with tidying, organizing, meal prep, and household chores. When they wake up it's snack time and then an outdoor activity. We are looking for a M-S 8-6 schedule. Reliable transportation is essential. Bilingual is required. Home is located in West Odessa, close to 42nd & Tripp intersection.
