About the job
B that he is almost 5 months, I would like for him to have more tummy time and to assist in rolling as he hasnt started yet. Also, I would prefer someone bilingual as we want to teach him spanish and english. He is also breastfed. His day usually starts at 7 when he wakes up. I will nurse him and then I place him in his crib to have independent play time. Ill put a few of his favorite toys and black/white/colored toy to also look at. He is up for a total hour and then my mother in law will put him to sleep for his nap. His naps are usually an hr the most, and after his 1st nap, his wake windows are about 2-3 hrs. For his wake windows, my mother in law will sometimes have him watch spanish infant songs or play with him untill I get off for the day at 5.
