Looking For A Fun & Reliable Part-time Nanny

We're looking for someone to help out 4-8 hours a week with our two kids (5 years old and almost 1). We're hoping for a long-term arrangement, and we're flexible on days and times. One parent will always be home working remotely, but we want to give you space to take the lead. Our older kid is super energetic and inquisitive, so we're looking for someone who enjoys keeping up with a busy, curious mind whether that's playing, crafting, or heading to the playground. In the summer, we'd love for you to take them to the neighborhood pool. Most of your time would be with the 5-year-old, with some baby help on occasion. We also have two older dogs (one big, one small), so being comfortable with dogs is important. Light housekeeping (kid-related tidying, dishes, etc.) would be a huge help.
