We are looking for a sitter/mother's helper/nanny. We have a 10-month-old with another one due in August. We'd like this person to start in July, 1 evening a week to get acquainted with our 10-month-old and then adjust to several days a week from August to October while I'm on maternity leave. Then adjust again from October to January (excluding holidays) 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday to watch the newborn when I return to work. I do work from home so hours are flexible. Sitter needs specific infant experience and be super outgoing. Our 10-month-old does well with high energy sitters that love to play. While most of the care will be centered around the newborn, our 10-month-old is picky about new people so we want to cater to her preferences.
