I will be working part time night shift on weekends only (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights) and my husband is a teacher/coach. We mostly need help with Monday mornings until I come home from work and rest for a free hours. Then either Friday nights until my husband gets home from work/games or Saturday mornings depending which day I work. I know my schedule months in advance so it helps for future planning on what days I will need a nanny. My daughter will be born in January 2025, I am planning to go back to work in March or April. Summers will have more flexibility as my husband is home more. We plan to be a dual language household with English and Spanish so we prefer someone who speaks both languages.
