About the job
Our kids are 13 and 11. The 13-year-old needs structure in the day. My husband and I work so we need someone to watch them during the day. 13-year-old wants to attend camps at middle school that are just a couple of hours so we need someone to drive her. They like hikes, swimming, soccer, etc. We limit screen time.
