Nanny Needed For My Child

We need a nanny for our 1 child. And we're looking now! Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. Please be comfortable with pets. My husband and I plan to return to work at the beginning of January. His schedule rotates on a weekly basis, so Id need help on the days he is gone. He's a firefighter and his schedule is 24hrs on, 24hrs off, another 24hrs on, and 5 days off. For example, he'd work M/W one week and the following week, hed work Tu/Th. Id need help on the days he is gone.
