About the job
I have four children: 1. 6-month-old girl 2. 2-year-old girl 3. 4-year-old pre-k boy 4. 8-year-old boy (homeschooled but spends weekdays with his dad; I have him every Thursday and on the 2nd, 4th, and 5th weekends. He plays baseball often, so there are many games when he's home). My day starts at 7 a.m. to get my 4-year-old ready for school. I drop him off by 7:45/8:00 a.m. I keep the two girls at home daily and would like for them to get out more or have a caregiver to help with activities from home to keep them busy and not stuck inside. My pre-k boy needs to be picked up by 3:45 p.m. I'm looking for someone to help establish a routine and provide structure around the house,
