Nanny Needed Afterschool For 6 Year Old With Autism.

Hi, I'm looking for someone to pick up my son from school and then babysit at our house until we get home from work. Would be about 3:15-6:30 Mon-Thurs. My son has ADHD and Autism - usually, this just means that he can be stubborn and will need an incentive to do something that he doesn't want to do. However, on some days (maybe 5-10% of the time), he can be more defiant and have some behavior issues. I'm looking for a Nanny that understands that behaviors may happen, and is also comfortable handling behaviors if they come up. I would of course walk you through what that would entail. We are also looking for date-night and weekend babysitting for our 6-year-old as well as our 2-year-old. It would be great if the same person could fill both roles!
