Our ideal carer is someone who loves children and has a desire to invest in their development while supporting our family structure. We'd like someone experienced, but malleable as we transition from one working parent to two. We refer to our children as 'tiny humans" and believe they should be treated with dignity and respect. We are a secular, non-smoking, PG as much as possible household. We would love someone who has experience working with neurodivergent littles. Mom & Dad work from home so we're needing someone to keep eye on the littles (3 & 5 years old) at home during work hours; after school transition, facilitating play/activities, picking up after them, serving light lunch/snack, helping to reduce screen time, assisting w/ potty training, encouraging collaborative play/sharing.
