Need Childcare 6-8 Hours Daily On Weekdays

We are looking for a nanny for our 5-year-old daughter for the next 6-8 weeks. My wife and daughter were in a car accident recently, and my wife has a broken arm. My daughter is recovering from abdominal surgery, and has a fractured lumbar vertebrae. She is wearing a back brace, and will need help getting around and going potty. Our little one is being discharged on Sunday or Monday (March 23rd or 24th). Someone with nursing experience would be preferable. They only need to be present while I am working, so from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00PM, but the hours can be flexible.
