Infant Care: Assist with diaper changes, dressing, feedings/lactation consulting, and naps. Light sleep training and soothing techniques when appropriate. Support babys developmental milestones (tummy time, bonding activities). Monitor growth, feeding schedule, and health. Sterilize supplies and baby gear. Support for New Mom: Help with mobility, positioning, and reducing abdominal strain. Assist with baby care, including positioning for feedings and returning baby to crib. Encourage rest by managing household tasks and minimizing distractions. Household Support: Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying common areas). Organize baby gear and handle babys laundry. Run errands (groceries, medications, supplies). Prepare occasional meals/snacks. Other Duties: Adapt to babys needs, including playtime and outdoor walks.
