Seeking Long Term Nanny For 2 Children(3 & 5) In McKinney

Hi! I am a working mom to two littles - ages 5 and 3. I am seeking assistance 5 days per week. We have a current nanny of 3 yrs we adore but she is sadly moving on. We are Christians and fostering love, gentle voices, & sweetness in our home is pinnacle. What a typical day could look like: Breakfast smoothies & toast/fruit, a walk, play outside, crafts, learning activities (especially w/ 5yr old- we have some kindergarten workbooks and will require a little structured learning time for him daily), play in yard, read, play with water, swim, prepare & clean up lunch for the littles(I usually have something or making simple meals for them), then similar activities post-lunch. End of day closes with allowing children to clean up toys/kitchen with you. Routine is appreciated + being outdoors as much as possible. Seeking: 5hrs daily
