Recurring Caregiver For 3.5 Year Old (22 To 29 Hours Monthly).

Hi there! We are in need of care for our 3. 5+ year old son. Our biggest (required need) is Thursdays to be picked up from daycare around 3 p.m. (flexible but by 5pm) and kept until 9 p.m. This is for 3 Thursdays per month. We also need care 1 or 2 additional weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) each month. We currently work with someone who provides the care in her home. She now works full time as a childcare teacher, so she is scaling back. Preferably, we'd like to maintain such an arrangement or a combination of our home and yours. If in your home, we must ensure it is safe, that he is supervised by you at all times, and never in anyone else's care. The home should be child proof with age appropriate activities available (although we can send activities with him as well if unavailable). Care at our home is challenging as he is quite clingy, so we'd have to work together on this (we have a two story home though which helps a bit). He is a funny, intelligent, and clever little boy who is classed with kids 6months or older than him. The monthly total hours is 22 to 29 hours. Thursday availability to pick up from daycare is required. Flexible for Saturdays or Sundays. Thursday rate is $23/hr Weekend day rate is $21/hr These rates are based on direct pay.
