I am due with a baby boy in March 2025. I will then be taking a 3 month leave from work and I will likely return to work sometime in June. Beginning in June, I will need a nanny from 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays indefinitely. Ideally, I would like to have a nanny long term for almost a year. The nanny will need experience/feel comfortable with a newborn and I would expect that the nanny will stick to any schedules that we put in place concerning nap time, feeding and diaper changes.
