Seeking Reliable, Fun, Caring, And Inclusive Babysitter For Date Nights!

We are looking for a reliable sitter for occasional date nights. We might also need occasional daytime hours one day a week. We'd love to find someone with an educational background in child development or related field. It's important to us that our babysitter is respectful and patient, knows how to attune to a child's needs, offers gentle redirection, is creative and playful, inclusive and understanding of neurodiversity. It's also important to us that we model presence and are mindful of not getting distracted by our phones when interacting with our kids. Our kids are 4 and 7. They have very different personalities but both love arts and crafts, imaginative play, playing outside. They are smart and kind, energetic and caring.
