Holistic, Natural minded family seeks a warm and nurturing caregiver for their 3-year-old daughter, who has significant physical, emotional and intellectual needs. She is an international adoptee, and the family continues to work with her as she develops life skills with a developmental delay. Family prefers an unvaccinated caregiver who is understanding of their natural-minded approach to illness and immunity. Their ideal caregiver has experience caring for children with special needs, and is able to work on basic therapeutic techniques and developmental milestones with their child. Candidates must be able to lift 30 pounds, and physically carry or chase after the child at the playground, etc.
