Care and play with 3-year-old. 2 days alone and 3 with parent at home (might change). I would like someone who has or is working towards a career in child development. I work in early child development and behavior so I have a lot to share with someone looking to learn. And ideal day with my son is engaging him in talk and play throughout the day. I want whoever is with him to design a routine that will be fun for both of them. Connection is key and my son is high energy, needing to stay busy. He communicates well, loves dinosaurs and spiderman. We limit electronics as much as possible so be ready to play. 5 hours a say can go by super fast with this little guy.
