Full Time Nanny For Severe Special Needs Teen

I am looking for a full time caregiver that can take care of my 13yo son. He has severe autism and intellectual disability. He is often a sweet kid but has some challenging behaviors that we need help managing. He is not toilet trained (wears pull-ups) and mostly non-verbal. He has medicaid and SSI and I'm looking for someone who can be his host home provider. This means evening, weekends, and overnight care while he isn't in school. We are able to provide a private home which is available rent-free in addition to the pay of $5500 per month which is a combination of state and private pay.
