Once I return to work, I will work rotating 12 hour shifts Sun-Tue with rotating Wed. My shifts are from 6pm-6:30 a.m. I would need a caregiver from 5pm-12:30 a.m. Dad gets off at 11:30 p.m. and will be able to care for baby once he gets home.
